Terrible GP surgery. Not giving sick notes to local patients who have had major brain surgery done in Walton Liverpool. Drs are awful there. Have to wait months for appointment in surgery. I will loose my benefit now from DWP as I can't be at work at present thanks to them. Still recovering from surgery. I am going to look for another surgery in Bangor. Would not recommend this one to anybody. Awful service to the community.

Terrible service. I'm a student and have been in pain with my throat on and off for 6 weeks now. The receptionists have been really rude to me, it's impossible to get an appointment, the online questionnaire taked forever and only to be told that you'll get a call and even then you're told to take paracetamol, ibuprofen or go to the hospital. How unsafe is that? The hospital said I needed to ask for a blood test but Bodnant has refused saying it's not necessary. Based on what may I ask? Totally disrespectful, totally unprofessional and totally unacceptable-

Cant even fill in the stupid online form anymore unless the surgery is open. What a joke.

Actually let people get doctors appointments. That would be great.

Certain receptionist's at bodnant are very rude and abrupt and they make it really hard to see a doctor,all they say is go to the hospital

Talk to people more politely and not treat them like children

the receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful and condescending. They show no care or understanding concerning sensitive issues and gave a totally shocking piece of advice for which they are not qualified and laid blame on my daughter's shoulders for a medical concern she has......ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
